Manufacturing
The SF Geogrid® range is produced at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility, utilizing advanced European weaving technology and a state-of-the-art online coating process. This ensures exceptional precision in every technical parameter, consistently meeting and exceeding industry standards for performance and durability.
Materials
SF Geogrid® is made from high-tenacity polyester (PET) multifilament yarn with a high molecular weight(>25000 gm/mol), a low carboxyl end group count (< 30 mmol/kg).The product’s low creep properties make it suitable for a design life of up to 120 years.The exterior of SF Geogrid® is coated with a polymeric coating, that provides high resistance to degradation in soil environments as well as providing additional UV protection and mechanical damage.
Raw Material Testing
We routinely perform thorough testing of all received raw materials using our in-house universal testing machine, equipped with an extensometer for precise elongation measurement. This process ensures that the materials meet the exact specifications required for our products, maintaining consistent quality and performance.
