Uniaxial SF Geogrid®
SF Geogrid® SFUG: This range consists of uniaxial geogrids that provide maximum strength in one direction, allowing stress transfer primarily in the machine direction (MD). The tensile strength of SF Geogrid® SFUG reaches up to 400 kN/m in the machine direction (MD), ensuring superior performance in demanding applications. This product is licensed under the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), complying with the IS 17373 standard, and also adheres to the IRC and MoRTH codes.

Manufacturing
The SF Geogrid® range is produced at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility, utilizing advanced European weaving technology and a state-of-the-art online coating process. Materials
SF Geogrid® is made from high-tenacity polyester (PET) multifilament yarn with a high molecular weight(>25000 gm/mol), a low carboxyl end group count (< 30 mmol/kg).The product’s low creep properties make it suitable for a design life of up to 120 years.The exterior of SF Geogrid® is coated with a polymeric coating, that provides high resistance to degradation in soil environments as well as providing additional UV protection and mechanical damage.
Raw Material Testing
We routinely perform thorough testing of all received raw materials using our in-house universal testing machine, equipped with an extensometer for precise elongation measurement. This process ensures that the materials meet the exact specifications required for our products, maintaining consistent quality and performance.
Manufacturing process
We adopts strict manufacturing process monitoring and quality testing system which is carried out under the international quality control standard, using advanced production technology and equipment to ensure high product quality.
Finished Product testing
SF Geogrid® undergoes frequent testing at our in-house modern testing laboratory, which is equipped with a universal testing machine with a capacity of 50 kN. All tests are conducted using the methods specified in ISO 10319,ASTM 6637, and IS 16635.
